Sites - Our sites are spacious, at least 45'X 60' and very private. Each section of approx. 20 homes is in a horse shoe layout. All sites are wooded, and finish graded with grass lawn, split rail fencing, in ground sprinklers, outside lamppost and stone driveway. The sites are very private with each site backing up to a wooded buffer area so no homes are back to back.
Amenities - The gated entrance affords owners privacy and security. Carol Lynn Resorts East features a brand new swimming pool, bath house with laundry facilities, recreation field and child's playground.
